my independent search firm after working
five years for several Houston based
executive search firms. |
| As an independent recruiter, I frequently team up with a select group of
recruiters, in order to offer expanded services. After dedicating 20+ years
in the search industry, my cumulative knowledge base and broad range of contacts,
have served my clients well. Knowing the market and knowing the people who drive the market, are key to
delivering valued services to my clients.

shortcuts can be taken
during the recruiting
process. I treat each
company’s search for
employees as individually as
each candidate that I
represent. Gaining an
understanding of a company’s
culture and environment and
knowing the candidate’s
personality, skills and
preferences, are critical to
making a successful match.

My personal philosophy and approach is one of personal dedication
and commitment to my clients. Strict adherence to professional ethics, through
honesty and integrity is an absolute must. Confidentiality is maintained and respected, no
matter what. Listening and responding to my client’s needs always takes
precedence over a “forcing the sale” approach. I work strictly on a contingency
basis, which means I don’t get paid until I produce the desired result, which is a
successful placement. It’s all about results! |

Online recruiting has become ubiquitous in the wired world
